Review Policy

Only verified dealer accounts may submit vendor reviews.

Dealer List does not seed fake reviews and does not permit vendors to submit reviews of themselves or competitors.

Reviews may be moderated before publication for authenticity, relevance, privacy, abusive content, conflicts, spam, and confidential information.

Moderation is not intended to remove fair negative feedback or protect vendors from legitimate criticism.

Reviews should be based on real experience with the vendor or product and should describe practical dealership outcomes where possible.

Reviews should not include private customer data, protected employee data, trade secrets, confidential contract terms, or unsupported legal accusations.

Verified vendor users may respond to reviews. Responses may also be moderated before publication.

Vendor responses should address the substance of the review and may not harass, identify private individuals, or disclose confidential dealer information.

Dealer List may remove reviews or responses that appear fraudulent, paid, coerced, retaliatory, duplicative, or outside the platform rules.
