Dealer List is provided as a private/free beta while core workflows are tested with selected dealers and vendors.

Beta features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while the platform is being improved.

Dealer access may require verification of dealership identity, licensing, rooftop information, and franchise status where applicable.

Vendor access may require manual review before a listing is published or vendor users are invited.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their account.

Dealer List helps dealers discover, evaluate, contact, and compare vendors. It does not guarantee vendor performance, pricing, availability, OEM approval, or contract terms.

Dealers and vendors are responsible for their own commercial decisions, due diligence, contracts, implementation, and disputes.

During private/free beta, Dealer List does not process paid transactions through the platform.

Direct procurement, subscriptions, Stripe Billing, Stripe Connect, and platform fees will be governed by additional terms before launch.

Users may not submit false account, vendor, dealer, OEM, pricing, review, or verification information.

Users may not scrape private data, attempt unauthorized access, spam vendors or dealers, or use the platform to misrepresent affiliation or approval.

Dealer List is provided during beta without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business outcome.

Nothing on Dealer List is legal, financial, tax, compliance, or procurement advice.
